Wes Cruver serves as Chief Creative Officer. Wes co-founded Kidz Online when he was eleven years old. He is responsible for the look and feel of all Kidz Online content and the quality of the programming. Wes designed the KOL website and is responsible for its evolution and maintenance. He also designed and wrote the code for the interactive media module. Wes has produced numerous promotional videos, 6 global webcasts, and a film for the 2000 Global Internet Summit.
   
Chris Marshall serves as Chief Technology Officer. Chris has worked for KOL for the past six years where he developed extensive experience with streaming media production and distribution. His most recent work as has been the design and implementation of the next generation, fiber-optic based, distribution network connecting the Digital Studio at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology to Equinix in Herndon Virginia. Chris is also studying Electrical and Computer Engineering as a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University.
   
Joel Holland, age 20, serves as Chief Marketing Officer, as well as the Producer & Host of Streaming Futures. Joel has interviewed over 150 high profile guests for Streaming Futures, ranging from Arnold Schwarzenegger to Steve Forbes to Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert. An active journalist, he was awarded second place in Virginia for the Journalism Education Association Journalist of the Year Contest, writes a monthly column for Entrepreneur Magazine’s teen supplement, and resides on the USA Today Teen Panel. His interest in business is just as fierce, and Joel was recently awarded the Student Business Initiative Award by Babson College, ranked #1 in the United States for teaching entrepreneurship. Joel is currently a sophomore at Babson.
   
   
Jeff Fissel, serves as Chief of Webcast Operations and has produced several global webcasts. He is responsible for the management and production of a Preparing Teachers to Teach Technology (PT3) grant in partnership with George Mason University and three school districts funded by the Department of Education. Jeff also co-manages KOL's Wi-FI last mile beta programs and is in charge of managing all the after school programs. He is a junior at George Mason University studying Information Technology.
   
Oscar Navarro, a software developer, designs and implements backend web applications for Kidz Online. For the past few years, he worked for the Verizon Information Delivery system department, which maintains and develops Verizon's Intranet. He has a degree in application software development and currently is studying Computer Science at George Mason University.
   
   
Jodi Wilkinson, an information technology major at George Mason University, serves in the webcasting and web development departments. She has been a part of dozens of webcasts locally and nationwide. Jodi is also in charge of producing Teacher Live, KOL's monthly webcast geared towards teachers. When not on webcasts, she works on various aspects of the KOL website.
   
Gino Guzzardo, serves as Program Director for KOL's Los Angeles Studio and as Manager for Geospatial21, KOL's $1mil grant through the Department of Labor. Gino was also responsible for writing KOL's Women's Empowerment program, resulting in a $500,000 grant through the Department of State. In addition to creating the 2D Animation and NetBasics courses, he has also developed and taught an “Internet Basics” class through the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. While being versed in many digital mediums, including 2D animation, Flash, and video editing, Gino is also traditionally trained in painting, drawing, photography, and film. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from The University of Southern California.
   
Ian Dale, serves as Producer Animation and 3D. Ian has been involved with KOL for the past six years, handling many of their graphics and animation needs. A recent graduate of the University of Southern California, Ian received his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, and currently resides in Los Angeles. He has experience with a variety of artistic applications, including 3D animation, digital art and illustration, oil painting, drawing, and computer game design, and has received awards in each. Ian has recently completed the TEACH IT unit on 3D animation.
   
Brendan Piper has been involved in Television and Video Production for four years. Brendan started out in Music Video programming but has transitioned to producing everything from short films to political forums. Brendan has worked on multiple live shows and countless field productions. Brendan has created and taught an accredited college level course for the Los Angeles Community College District in Web Page development. He is developing and teaching courses in multimedia production for several other groups. He is managing the oversight and construction of KOL's new complete production studio and training center in downtown Los Angeles, his third studio construction project. 
   
Brittany East, age 21, serves in Graphic Development as well as assisting in operations management. Brittany is a recent graduate with a B. A. in Graphic Design from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She has helped to produce, host, and edit several global web cast and is also involved in the gurl TECH channel. She produces a great deal of the promotional material for KOL including the CD graphics for the first ever Web Works CD which made its début at the annual NECC conference in New Orleans June 2004.
   
Julie Cohen serves chiefly as a video editor for KOL content. She has worked on KOL's interviews, documentaries and promotional videos. Julie also serves as a narration writer and segment producer. She is an award winning video editor with a B.A. in Film from Emerson College, and also has a background in education, having assisted in teaching both production and post-production filmmaking at the New York Film Academy.
   
Chris Hines serves as Director of Education and is responsible for creating curriculum and training materials for Kidz Online's various technology, academic, and career development programs. Chris joins Kidz Online after spending several years teaching high school English in inner-city Los Angeles where he sponsored Journalism, Debate and Sailing clubs in addition to teaching students at remedial and advanced placement levels. He received his Bachelor's degree and teaching credential from the University of Southern California.
   
Meg Marie Ford currently serves as Chief Grant Writer for Kidz Online. Meg Marie has authored proposals for educational, social and career training initiatives, as well as publicity and promotional materials for Kidz Online. She has an M.A. in English literature from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from UCLA, also in English lit.
   
Phil Broste is an animator, 3D artist, and compositor for KOL. He graduated the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the USC School of Cinema/Television production program. He has experience in all sorts of film production, and applies a wide variety of skill sets to his work at KOL. Phil has recently completed editing and animating the Satellite Imaging video for Geo 21.
   
Rania Salah is the principal Arabic language translator and cultural advisor to Kidz Online, in addition to promoting contractual opportunities in the Middle East. Rania is an Egyptian citizen who has resided in Los Angeles since late 2005. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cairo University where she was a student leader and recipient of many awards. Rania has been an Economic Research assistant on World Bank and USAID projects in Egypt and to the Minister of Internal Trade in Cairo.
   
Ted Conrad, serves as Chief Financial Officer. Ted manages KOL's internal and external financial operations as well as providing contractual administration. He also is also responsible for project management and progress reporting on KOL's Federal and private grant opportunities. Ted graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History, and is currently pursuing his CPA license.
